Booking and payment

Book online with live availability through our secure checkout, or call (340) 773-2628 or email info@caribbeanseaadventures.com. Payment is taken when you book. Parasailing and fishing are run by our partners (Parasail Virgin Islands and Day Break Charters) and booked on their own booking systems, under their own terms.

Cancellations and weather

Our captains assess the conditions every day. If we cancel due to weather, we will do everything we can to reschedule; if not, you receive a full refund. If you cancel, every trip we run has free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure; what happens inside 48 hours depends on the trip, and partner trips (parasailing, fishing) follow the partner’s policy. Group minimums

Some public trips run once a minimum number of guests is booked: 10 guests for the Family Friendly and Adults Only sunset cruises and Snorkelers in Paradise, and 6 for Beach & Hike. You will receive your reservation confirmation once the minimum is reached; if it isn’t, we’ll contact you.

Waivers

Each guest is asked to sign a liability waiver for their trip through our booking system.

Check-in

Please arrive 30 minutes early for Buck Island tours and 15 minutes early for the sunset cruises. Your confirmation and tour page show your meeting point.

Safety and the reef

• Sunscreens containing oxybenzone are strictly prohibited; guests wearing them will not be allowed to enter the water (see our environmental notice).
• All our vessels are equipped in line with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Children are required to wear life jackets for most of the tour; we recommend bringing your own that your children are comfortable in.
• On private charters we’re happy to accommodate any request as long as it doesn’t violate a National Park Service regulation.

Gratuity, food and drinks

Crew gratuity isn’t included; 20–25% of the rate is recommended. Lunch isn’t included on our Buck Island tours, and you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. The public sunset cruises have a cash bar.

Discounts and gift certificates

Groups of 10 or more save 10% on the half day trips when booking online. Senior, military and local discounts are available by phone. Gift certificates are available online.
