Cancellation Policy

We always want to take you at your reserved time, but the weather doesn’t always allow it. If we cancel due to weather, we will do everything we can to reschedule at a time that works for you. If not, you will receive a full refund.

For cancellations by you, every trip we run has free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. What happens inside 48 hours depends on the trip (see below), and partner trips follow the partner’s policy. We get it, life happens: just give us a call on (340) 773-2628 and we will figure it out together.

Public tours: 48 hours

Half Day Snorkel: our office closes daily at 5 pm. If you cancel the day before, after office hours, it is considered a day-of cancellation and you will receive no refund.

Private charters: 48 hours

Partner trips

These trips are run by our partners and booked on their own booking systems, under their policies:

• Parasailing (Parasail Virgin Islands): cancel 24 hours or more before departure for a full refund. No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full, and rebooking within 24 hours costs $40 per person. Weather cancellations are fully refunded at the discretion of the staff on duty.
• Fishing and spearfishing (Day Break Charters): cancel at least 72 hours before your charter for a full refund of your deposit or payment. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the charter forfeit the entire deposit. If the captain cancels for bad weather, you receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will receive a 50% refund. Day of cancellation or no shows will be billed the full amount of the reserved tour, with no refund provided. *please note that our office closes daily at 5pm. If you cancel your reservation the day prior, after office hours, it is considered a day of cancellation and you will receive no refund.

Other public tours: For public charters, cancel 48 hours or more prior to your reservation to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. No shows will be billed the full value of the reserved tour.

Private charters: For private charters, cancel 48 hours or more prior to your reservation to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 0% refund. No shows will be billed the full value of the reserved tour.

Private sunsets on Wave Dancer, Inconceivable and Good Times: Cancel 48 hours or more prior to your reservation to receive 100% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. No shows will be billed the full value of the reserved tour.
