Parking is available on the corner of Strand St and King Cross. The rate is $1/hour, $5/day on weekdays, and FREE on weekends. If you do plan to return prior to 6:00 pm, paying in advance is always appreciated.
It depends on which trip you reserve. On our larger powerboats, it takes about 35-45 minutes and with our sailboats it takes about 1.5 hours depending on the wind.
We offer ½ day trips daily, 9am – 12:30pm and 1pm – 4:30 pm. We provide water, snorkeling gear, lessons, a guided tour of the underwater trail and Cruzan Rum punch on the cruise back.

There is also a short hike to the observation deck that is truly beautiful, on a clear day you can see from Puerto Rico to Virgin Gorda. Looking down into the barrier reef it is common to see turtles and is also a great bird watching area. Sneakers and recyclable water bottles are recommended. Cruzan rum punch is served on the sail home.
All of the ships have different times when they are at port. Before booking, please find out when you are docking and when your all aboard time is. Keep in mind, we run on local time, not ship time. We do not provide transportation from the port in Frederiksted. We are located on the boardwalk in Christiansted, a 40 minute taxi ride away. Visit www.gotostcroix.com/taxi-rates for more information. Be sure to allow time to get off of the ship, find your driver and travel to us to ensure you are on time for check-in for your charter.
If your ship docks at 8am – you do not have time to join us for the morning half day excursion.
No worries! We enjoy taking the time to teach you the proper way to snorkel and to help you feel comfortable in your snorkeling experience. A guide will be in the water with you to ensure you are safe and having fun. We are happy to assist those with physical limitations to the best of our ability.
We are headed to an uninhabited island, there is no one there trying to sell you shade for $10/hr or a cliche in a glass. We have all the necessities covered, but we recommend you bring snacks/lunch, adult beverages for after snorkeling, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, a beach towel, and a bathing suit. Cash for tipping.
*Most sunscreen is harmful to our reefs. We encourage you to purchase reef-safe sunscreen to use while in the Virgin Islands.
Yes, but you are always welcome to bring your own.
Yes, all vessels are equipped according to U.S. CoastGuard regulations. We have a limited selection of life vests for children under 80 lbs. If you are concerned or plan to visit with a large number of tiny humans, advanced notice is greatly appreciated.
Caribbean Sea Adventures has the best crew: they are hard-working, pleasant and eager to please. If you have a request or need anything, just ask. Gratuity is not included in your ticket/charter price and if you feel they have done a great job, 20-25% is the recommended rate.
We always want to take you at your reserved time but the weather doesn’t always allow it. If we cancel due to weather we will do everything we can to reschedule at a time that works for you. If not you will receive a full refund.
For public charters, cancel 48 hours or more prior to your reservation to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50%refund. No shows will be billed the full value of the reserved tour. We get it, life happens. Just give us a call and we will figure it out together.
